My name is David Macauley, and I'm the founder of DavidMac Consulting. Specialising primarily, but not exclusively, in the health and social care sector, I have passion for and over 10 years' experience in helping public and private sector organisations win tenders for services commissioned by local authorities, ICBs and NHS Trusts.

What we do: At DavidMac Consulting, we pride ourselves on helping our clients convert opportunities into successful bids.
We fully understand the burden that preparing tender submissions places on your organisation and staff who continue to contend with the demands of 'the day job'. We ensure the valuable time your experts put in maximises the quality of the bid we prepare.
We will work collaboratively with you to identify commissioners' challenges and needs and deliver compelling bids that demonstrate a real world capacity to meet and exceed their requirements.
What we don't do: The advent of AI has been accompanied by some bid companies 'factory farming' tender submissions with little or no human input, individualisation or quality control. At DavidMac Consulting we don't believe this approach can provide value for money or a compelling final product and we won't ever adopt this model.
